Objectives: After completing this course you will be able to describe VoIP equipment and be comfortable with telephony terms. You will be able to discuss analog and digital telephony and how VoIP affects the line between telecommunications companies and other businesses. You will be able to use the OSI and TCP/IP layered models to simplify the implementation of VoIP networks.
