Except for the section discussing ease of enrollment in online programs, this article seems to be written from schools' perspectives. It will be interesting to see how students' satisfaction level and the usability of online course-ware will affect (or not) the prestige of the (traditional and solely virtual) schools that "sponsor" various sub-contracted courses.
