A New Silicon Valley?

"Silicon Valley is focused on computer technology, semiconductors and the like . . . . I'm very optimistic that just like things bloomed in Silicon Valley in the tech sector that San Diego has the potential in the 21st century to be Silicon Valley, if you will, of biotech, wireless, clean tech," says Ruben Barrales of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
