Quantum technologies have become the Holy Grail of the IT industry with research projects springing up throughout Europe and all over the world. Now a major European effort is being made to spur development by adopting a coordinated, structured approach. The EU-funded Qurope project aims to build out a Europe-wide infrastructure which will provide a focal point for QIPC activities.
