i don't understand why the writers were saying the cost of using a service provider is outweighed by cloud computing's benefits of elasticity and transference of risks, in particular the risks of under-provisioning and over-provisioning
To anonymous: The human resource cost of using cloud services more than accounts for any 'over-provisioning' in my experience.
